In the face of all the Twitter buzz, Issa shared a few photographs of the "assembled constituents" Levin said he had been avoiding, claiming he spent the morning talking with those gathered outside the office but then "popped upstairs to take a quick pic."

Despite Issa's rooftop explanation and aerial photographs, Levin still claims the congressman was making an effort to avoid those gathered across the street and only came outside of the building for a mere five minutes.
