Millions of Americans are Hong Kong Archivesaffected by mental health conditions every year, according to the National Alliance on Mental Illness. Even if you haven't personally experienced mental illness, chances are you know someone who has.

That's why World Mental Health Day is so important. The annual event was created by the World Federation for Mental Health and this year the organization aims to bring attention to the issues young adults face. To mark the day, YouTube teamed up with several organizations and experts to launch video playlists that explore mental health and wellbeing.
