Like most RPG-flavored video games, Conan Exilesincludes a robust set of options for character customization. But there's one category where thischaracter creator differs: the "endowment" slider.

For male characters, the slider tweaks the size of your twig and berries, ranging from a micropenis to a Magnum-filling flesh rope. For female characters, it's a boob slider.

Conan Exilesis an open world survival game, in the vein of past releases like H1Z1, DayZand Rust. The last of those also famously does some fun things with in-game penises.

The Conangame is still in early access, meaning what you can buy right now is unfinished and still in active development. We may well see an expansion of the game's character creator in the coming months.

There's never been anything quite like this "endowment slider" in other games. The closest the industry has come was with Saint's Row: The Third'sclothing-covered "sex appeal" slider. Rusttreated the player's package as a randomly generated asset and other games -- such as Soulcalibur V-- have given players the tools to cheat their way to testicular greatness, but nothing so overt as this.
